Our local OhioMeansJobs (OMJ) system is a network of state and local agencies in Mahoning and Columbiana counties that provide free workforce and employment related services to job seekers and employers.  
 
For job seekers, we provide guidance and numerous resources to assist with career exploration.   For employers, we offer recruitment services, and help with workforce education and training needs.
